Nicholas Trimmatis formed CBG after working for 17 years as an investor and developer in the luxury European property market.

With successful developments in Belgravia, Mayfair, Park Lane, Lowndes Square, Eaton Square, South Audley Street and Grosvenor Square already under his belt, Nicholas wanted to create a company that would bring together the most talented professionals he had worked with over the course of his career.

Situated in the heart of London’s exclusive Knightsbridge area, CBG’s first major project was developing a luxury apartment building just opposite the world famous Harrods Department Store.

Their latest focus is Beaufort Gardens - a stunning London square, which CBG hope to transform into one of the most exclusive residences in the UK.
